How does shipping and delivery work?

Expect your design preview to be ready in 24 hours after placing your order. Once you approve your artwork, we’ll print and ship your order within 1-2 days.
• US Orders: Delivery time is 2-5 working days from the date of shipping.
• International Orders: Delivery time is 5-10 days from the date of shipping.
All orders include full tracking.
How much do I pay for shipping?

• USA: $9.95 (Standard shipping is free for orders over $50)
• CA, AUS, UK: $9.95
• Europe: $9.95
• Rest of world: $17.95
Please note that longer delivery times may occur during peak shopping periods.
Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, if your order was placed less than 60 minutes ago, you can update your address or personal details. After 90 minutes, contact us for help, but note that once the order is shipped, we have limited options.
What if my order is lost or delayed?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 days, reach out to us, and we will investigate with the courier to resolve the issue.
What is your return policy?

As your order is 100% unique and custom-made just for you, we do not accept returns or refunds. If there’s an issue with your order, let us know, and we’ll make it right.
Remember, we offer artwork previews and unlimited revisions to ensure you’re 100% happy with your design before it’s printed!
Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 90 minutes of placing them. If more time has passed, contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Where are the products made?

All of our products are printed in the USA to ensure high quality. The sourcing of materials may vary depending on the item, so be sure to check the individual product descriptions for specific details.
Can I send an order as a gift?

Absolutely! Just put the recipient’s address in the ‘shipping’ section and your own in the ‘billing’ section.
Heads up: Since we work with external partners, we can’t add a gift message to the package. Sorry about that!
Do you offer bulk purchases?

How do I use a discount code?

It’s easy! At checkout, you’ll find a box labeled ‘Gift card or discount code’ on the first page. Just enter your code there and click ‘Apply’. You’ll see the discount before you reach the payment page, so you know exactly how much you’re saving.
